I wake feeling the same way you do: pleased to be alive, yet aware of my finitude. I hug my wife, hug my daughter... and proceed to defend their rights by defending a woman's right to decide what will happen to her body. Pretty fundamental liberty, easy to see, regardless of my position on nothingness.
